     ·  Conditiile oferite sunt mult sub pretul platit pe noapte.

     ·  Am făcut rezervarea pe site_ul hotelului, comunicarea ulterioară foarte bună. Recomand hotelul și restaurantul Herăstrău, personalul ospitalier, chiar prietenos, camera cu balcon excelentă! Voi reveni cu siguranță!

     ·  Peisaj, terasă lângă lac, mic dejun bogat, personalul de la mic dejun, curăţenie
     ·  Pat cu saltea foarte tare, la prânz şi cină nu prea ai ce alege, feluri de mâncare foarte puţină, desertul cu mere oribil, mai bine inlocuiţi cu un ştrudel cu mere sau chec cu mere.

     ·  Sehr schöne Lage, gutes Essen, sehr nettes Personal.
     ·  Das Hotel muss renoviert und modernisiert werden. Für das was Angeboten wird ist zu teuer. In der Nähe vom Hotel wurden in der Nacht rennen gefahren, bis früh am Morgen und wurde nicht dagegen unternommen. Also konnte man Nachts sehr schlecht schlafen. Im Hotel und Restaurant ist jeden Tag die gleichen Lieder gespielt worden, wieder und wieder . Wir haben gefragt ob Sie nur eine Schallplatte hätten

     ·  Am făcut check in online, ceea ce ni s-a părut un plus. Balconul este foarte generos. Personalul a fost foarte amabil.
     ·  Am rezervat cameră cu balcon pentru că suntem fumători. Balconul este foarte generos, însă, ne așteptam să găsim nu doar două scaune, ci și o măsuță și scrumieră (ca în multe alte locuri unde am stat). La micul dejun am ajuns cu vreo 15 minute înaintea închiderii acestuia și nu mai era mai nimic de mâncare, am fost cam dezamăgiți, mai ales pentru o zi de weekend, când nu ne doream să ne trezim la 7 pentru a mânca. În general, ca raport calitate-preț, în opinia noastră, prețul este mare.
