     ·  The service was impeccable from the minute we arrived until we left four days later. We arrived at 10.am in the morning, however the receptionist offered us a room within half an hour at no additional cost although we were supposed to check in only after 2.00pm. We also had a breakfast on the day, which was on the house. Herastrau Hotel is in the Herastrau Park which makes it easier to go for a walk after every meal and burn those carbs. The lake offers a serene sight with the restaurant close by if you wish to have a meal or just a drink or a coffee. I strongly recommend this hotel, especially if your flight is from Henry Conda.

     ·  Priveliște frumoasă, foarte frumoasă... personal amabil si binevoitor.
     ·  Probleme cu canalizarea, miros puternic si dizgratios de canal, balconul si geamurile mai necesitau curățenie și atenție...

     ·  Am făcut rezervarea pe site_ul hotelului, comunicarea ulterioară foarte bună. Recomand hotelul și restaurantul Herăstrău, personalul ospitalier, chiar prietenos, camera cu balcon excelentă! Voi reveni cu siguranță!

     ·  Peisaj, terasă lângă lac, mic dejun bogat, personalul de la mic dejun, curăţenie
     ·  Pat cu saltea foarte tare, la prânz şi cină nu prea ai ce alege, feluri de mâncare foarte puţină, desertul cu mere oribil, mai bine inlocuiţi cu un ştrudel cu mere sau chec cu mere.
